Diagnostic of injelitance:
• little is being endeavored, nothing is being accomplished
• contentedly confident of their ability, and superiority
Management may tend to disregard subordinate's achievement and completely sustains on average results.
Injelitance is the absolute opposite of development, efficiency, and advance for both people and the organizations.
